We’ve been branch managers, finance leaders, HR managers, auditors and developers across microfinance, manufacturing, services, NGOs and tech. Twist ERP was born from the pain of spreadsheets and inflexible systems.

We wanted an ERP that:
A modular, AI-enabled business platform with one data model and workflow engine.
We didn’t start as a software company. We started as users who were tired of systems that worked in head office but broke at branch level, multiple tools that never matched, and every small change becoming a “custom development” project.
Twist ERP was built to solve those problems in our own work first. Once we saw it working, we decided to make it available to other organizations facing the same challenges.
We prefer long-term relationships over one-off projects.
AI should reduce repetitive work, make complex data easier, be trained on your rules, and keep humans in control.
We’re not trying to build the most complicated ERP. We’re building a reliable, configurable system that is easy to maintain, respects how you actually work, and grows with you across branches, projects, and new business lines.
